Coaches/Midget T1&T2 Game

JDF is pleased to announce our 2^nd Annual Coaches game.
 
Date: Saturday December 21^st
Time: 4-7:00pm
Arena: Westhills
 
From 4-5:00pm, the Midget T1 and T2 teams will be mixed and then play an exhibition game to show case some of our most accomplished and long serving players in the association. Thereafter, the coaches will take to the ice for a spirited game following on the heels of last year’s well contested 4-3 final. In recognition of all our coaches, many volunteers and the parents who give of themselves throughout the season, we wish to make this an inclusive event and encourage all managers to ask their respective teams to join us in a fun, family event. JDF will be supplying hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, drinks and other items for all those who attend and cheer on their favorite and least favorite coaches.  The food will be set up at the entrance beside the football field.
 
Coaching Staff: Terry ‘Pete’ Phelps (JDF Treasurer – Bantam C Major Coach) and Brian ‘Killer’ Kowalko (JDF V.P. and Peewee C Major 1 Coach) will helm the reins behind Team White while Harold ‘Bloomer’ Bloomenthal (JDF President) and Angie ‘Fire n’ Ice’ Podann (JDF Female Divisional Manager) will steer Team Black somewhere. Most excitedly, Terry was voted least improved coach two successive seasons in the old Federal League so we are pleased to welcome back his adroit and uncompromising touch behind the bench.
