Job Description - Assistant Treasurer 

a)  The Assistant Treasurer shall assist with the Treasurer’s duties under the direction of the Treasurer. 

b)  The Assistant Treasurer shall chair the Scholarship and Bursary Committee.

c)  Review and coordinate all team fundraising activities to avoid duplication or conflict of activities within the community.

d)  Apply for Gaming monies on behalf of JdFMHA and ensure all teams are adhering to Gaming guidelines.

e)  Assist team applications for various licenses, including 50/50 draws, raffles, raffle tablets, etc., and to maintain association policy on these matters.
