Job Description - President

b) Shall be a member of all committees.

c) Shall be responsible for the proper administration of discipline of the JdFMHA.

d)    Shall ensure that all executive committee members are aware of their duties and are properly carrying them out.

e)    Shall sign the minutes of all meetings and ensure that a file is kept by the secretary.

f)     Shall be a member of the Ice Committee in addition to representation by one (1) person from the Representative Division, one (1) person from the Recreation Division, the Head Manager, and one (1) Divisional Manager by appointment by the President.

g)    Shall represent JdFMHA at all Vancouver Island Hockey Association Meetings

h)    Attend the BCAHA Annual General Meeting each year.

i)     Shall ensure quorum is present at each JdFMHA Executive Meeting in agreement with the JdFMHA Constitution.

j)     Shall ensure that all aspects of the JdFMHA Constitution are in force.

k)    Serve as a signing officer on all JdFMHA accounts.
